Non-Stop Erotic Cabaret 40th Anniversary is a concert tour by Soft Cell which took place in UK in November 2021.

Overview[edit | edit source]

The tour celebrates the 40th anniversary of Non-Stop Erotic Cabaret, Soft Cell's debut album released in 1981, which was performed in its entirety for the first time. It was announced in July 28th, 2021, on official social media pages of Soft Cell, along with fifth studio album by the duo − *Happiness Not Included.[1][2][3]

The sets of the shows are divided in two parts: first includes hits, fan favourites and several songs from new album, second – all songs from Non-Stop Erotic Cabaret, in native order.[4] Concerts end with ‘few extras’[4] which are an additional new song − “Purple Zone”, and “Memorabilia”, debut Soft Cell single.

On stage the band is accompanied by Gary Barnacle, who plays woodwinds,[4] and Almond's backing singers.
