To Show You I've Been There ... is a photo book of Soft Cell released in May 2019.

Release[edit | edit source]
The book announced and become available for pre-order in October 2018, going with bonus new 7" record – Magick Mutants EP.[1] Dave Ball was promoting them on magazine, radio and podcast interviews.[2][3][4] At first the release date was stated to be April 2019,[1] but in the end it became May 1th.[5] The release of the book and EP was also accompanied by a launch party in Soho, London on May 2nd.[5][6]
Cover artwork[edit | edit source]
On front cover of the book is a photograph of interior of the ‘Soft Cell’ neon sign, taken by Chris Smith, manager of Soft Cell and Dave Ball. The photograph was incident but greatly appealed to the duo to be used on cover.[2]

- The launch party of book and EP on May 2nd was also celebrating Dave Ball's 60th birthday (May 3rd).[6]
